Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return.
